The outcome of brain wave patterns moving from Beta wave patterns to Alpha or Theta wave patterns.
Statements designed to elicit, alter, or imprint an image, thought, feeling, or sensation.
Frequency waves emitted by the brain signifying the parts of the brain that are active & states of consciousness.
By closing your eyes and relaxing your body, you naturally activate the parts of your brain that induce a state of trance. When you do your brain moves from its Beta brain wave patterns into the Alpha and Theta bandwidths, where the areas of your brain associated with your external senses and critical thinking are inhibited. This amplifies the neural pathways in your brain that account for its ability to develop new neural patterns, strengthen new connections, alter dysfunctional-maladaptive programming, and heal-release unresolved trauma. When your brain is in the Alpha or Theta bandwidths, you are able to increase the impact of new information onto it, and accelerate the rate with which new information becomes neurologically structured in your brain as a new mindset.
It is an outcome of your brain-body connection. You are in a state of trance when you are daydreaming, lost in a movie or book, or driving by your exit because you were deep in thought.
Trance is simply the outcome of brain wave patterns shifting from Beta brain wave patterns (waking consciousness) to either Alpha or Theta brain wave patterns.
Because wave patterns of the brain create the state of trance, and brain waves rise and fall, you will feel yourself naturally lift and descend while in trance.
In trance you are awake, but mentally and physically relaxed, which allows you to be receptive to new information.
You will only accept new information that you are seeking to obtain. All other information would be automatically rejected by you.
You choose to have the experience or not. If you want to break trance at any time you can by opening your eyes.
Beta waves, 12-30hz, are an outcome of global processing of external stimuli by the senses that involves critical thought. Conscious awareness is occupied.
awake, normal alert consciousness
Known memory/Present life
Alpha Waves, 8-12hz, are an outcome of shifting focus to internal stimuli. Conscious awareness is disengaged. Change to first level subconscious patterns can occur.
relaxed, calm, lucid, not thinking
Upper: Forgotten memory, Present Life
Lower: Hidden memory, Past Lives
Theta waves, 4-7hz, are an outcome of a hyper-focusing on internal stimuli. Conscious awareness is dissociated. Change to second level subconscious patterns can occur.
deep relaxation, meditation
Upper: Immortal Memory, Between Lives
Lower: Universal & Collective Memory
Gamma waves, 30-100hz, are an outcome of a hyper-focus on external stimuli. Conscious awareness is singularly focused. Equates to “being in the zone” for athletes, dancers, etc.
peak performance, being in the zone
Brain-Body Conditioned Memory
Delta waves, .1-4HZ, are the outcome of the autonomic processes of the body. Conscious awareness is absent.
deep, dreamless sleep
